A lot of times I start my day with being annoyed. Annoyed by what?Annoyed with who? No one really. Maybe I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
What if I woke up and stared at the ceiling for a few and say to myself “today is going to be a good day?” Would that change how I would go about my day? From my own personal experience, it does. When starting the day with a positive attitude it makes the day go by smoother. I embrace all the smiles and good mornings as I walk down the street. I respond to those text messages received over night. I feel happy. I am in control of my feelings. What happened yesterday is yesterday’s news. What can I do better today? How can I be better be better today?
It may sound silly but a lot of frustration stems from how we will view our day from the moment we wake up. Tell yourself, I will have a good day. Get up, take a shower, brush your teeth. Look at yourself in the mirror and remind yourself how awesome you are. How fierce you are. Tell yourself “today is going to be a good day.
Start your day with good energy. Good vibes. The way you take on any problems will come from how you view it. Approach a problem for exactly what it is. Think logically for a solution. Think positive!
